SHIPPING & REFUND POLICY

DELIVERY SERVICES

Fear not Rebels, our warehouse typically despatch anything received into the system prior to 2pm Monday to Friday on the same day as order placement.  During peak times there could be a little delay but we would always prioritise next day deliveries to make sure that these get despatched on time.

We offer a range of delivery options within the United Kingdom.  All our services are tracked and you’ll receive emails or texts with updates at key moments throughout the process.

UNITED KINGDOM

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24: £4.95
  • Royal Mail Tracked 48: £3.95
  • DPD Next Day: £6.95

Cut off for next day services is 2pm Monday - Friday.

Please note, DPD only offer next day delivery Monday - Friday. So an order despatched on Friday would be delivered on Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).  Royal Mail now consider Saturday as a working day so a Tracked 24 despatched on a Friday would be expected to be delivered on the Saturday.

EUROPE

We offer two tracked servies to Europe

  • Royal Mail International Tracked (10-14 working days): £16.95
  • DHL Economy Select (1-3 days): £16.95

Cut off for next day services is 2pm Monday - Friday.

USA & ROW

We offer two tracked services to USA and ROW

  • Royal Mail International Tracked (10-14 working days): £25.95
  • DHL Express Worldwide (1-3 days): £29.95

Cut off for next day services is 2pm Monday - Friday.

For our international customers, orders placed for delivery outside of the UK may be subject to additional import tax and duty once the order reaches its designated country.  1Rebel has no control over these charges, any additional import taxes and duty fees must be borne by the customer.

 

RETURNS

If you’re not completely happy with your online purchase, we’ll be happy to exchange it or issue you with a refund within 30 days of receipt at any of our clubs or via post return with our free returns portal.

IN-CLUB RETURNS

WHAT TO DO

Bring your unused item with its original tags into any of our studios and have your proof of purchase ready.  Upon successful garment quality checking, we can either authorize a refund or allow you to exchange the item.  Note, due to space restrictions, some of our small clubs don’t stock the full collection.  In this case, your best bet will be to check our online store.

QUALITY CHECKS

It’s up to club staff to decide if the garment is unused, undamaged and is in an acceptable condition to return or exchange.

REFUNDS

After your quality check has been completed, you will be asked to forward your payment confirmation to the studio’s email address to start the refund process.  You will be notified of key updated via email.  Please be aware that refunds will take up to 7 days to be processed and cannot be done at the studio at the time of return.

EXCHANGES

After your quality check has been completed, garments can e exchanged immediately but can only be exchanged for one of a different size.

 

POSTAL RETURNS

To return your product via our free returns process, please follow the advice on the packing slip that was included with your purchase.

If the product is received us in unused and undamaged condition, with its original packaging, we will refund your purchase.  Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges via post.

INCORRECT ITEMS

Mistakes sometimes happen.  If your order arrived with an incorrect item, please send us an email with the following images over to shop@1rebel.com

  1. The incorrect item(s) received
  2. A close up of the product label of the incorrect item
  3. The front of the external packaging (clearly showing the postage label)

Our customer services team will then look into this for you.
